Refund policy

Returns 

You may return items that are in new condition - unused and in original packaging within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at business@thehstshow.com with your order number, details, and reason for return. 

All domestic orders can be returned with a chargeable fee. Once item(s) are received and inspected, your refund will be credited back to your original form of purchase.  Please allow for 6-8 business days to be reflected on your statement. 

If items are returned in an unacceptable condition, a refund will not be issued and the item/s can be shipped back to you at your expense.

Exchange

We're happy to help you exchange any item(s) purchased from us with 7 days of delivery. Please reach out to business@thehstshow.com for any inquires regarding the same.
